Using a large bowl of warm water, soak both feet and ankles in it. Usually the process should last for 10–30 minutes, depending on your tolerance. As the water cools, add more hot water to maintain the hot temperature. After removing the feet from the water, dry them thoroughly using a clean, soft towel.
