How to Help Hair Loss Using Spooky2 3

Hair loss is a common problem for people now. Pattern hair loss by age 50 affects about half of the males and a quarter of females in America. In addition, the number of people with hair loss, especially young people, has increased dramatically in recent years due to too much stress.

(In previous SAMA episodes, we’ve talked about some natural approaches for hair loss. If you are interested, please see [SAMA] Episode 136: Natural Approaches to Hair Loss.)

So today, we are going to discuss what causes hair loss and how to help hair loss effectively.

Why do people suffer from hair loss?

A person has between 100,000 and 150,000 hair on his head. Typically, a person loses about 100 hairs a day. But you don’t have to worry about it because it’s very normal. This usually doesn’t cause noticeable thinning of scalp hair since new hair is growing at the same time. Hair loss occurs when this cycle of hair growth and shedding is disrupted or when the hair follicle is destroyed and replaced with scar tissue.

The causes of hair loss can range from the simple and temporary (such as a vitamin deficiency) to the more complex (such as underlying health problems).

Here are some common reasons:

  • High pressure
  • Family heredity
  • Some medications and supplements
  • Hormonal changes and medical conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • Age
  • An underactive thyroid
    … …

For many people, hair loss doesn’t just affect their appearance. It can also result in a loss of self-esteem, and cause depression, anxiety, and other emotional issues.

How to Help Hair Loss

1. Using Spooky2 Programs

Take remote mode as an example. Open Spooky2 software, go to the Presets tab, and choose Shell (Empty) Presets > Remote > Healing (R) – JW.

Then go to the Programs tab, type “Hair Loss” in the search bar, and find suitable programs you need according to the Program Description.

Now you only need to go to the Control tab and run the program(s) you have chosen on your generator.

2. Using Frequencies for the Cause of Your Hair Loss

Anxiety, worry, and depression (often hidden and not debilitating) can cause hair loss. There are many programs for depression, anxiety, hypothalamus balancing, and PTSD in the Spooky2 database. Type “balance” and other associated words in the Programs tab.

So what you have to do first is to figure out what causes your hair loss. And then, run related frequencies. It would also be an effective way to help hair loss.

3. Trying Essential Oil Programs

Essential oils are extracted from plants through methods like distillation or evaporation. They contain strong chemical properties that can be beneficial for health. So, essential oils are also a good choice for your hair loss.

Spooky2 database has a lot of frequencies about essential oil. You can directly search these programs.

For example, as an essential oil, lavender has properties that can generate the growth of cells and reduce stress, and speed up hair growth. It also has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, which can improve scalp health.

You can search “lavender” in the Programs tab and then run it.

You can also run other essential oil programs which are helpful for hair.

4. Eating Hair-healthy Foods

Diet plays an important role in the strength and health of a person’s hair. Proteins, fats, certain vitamins, and minerals are especially helpful for hair health.

Malnutrition and vitamin deficiencies can cause hair loss. Eating a balanced, varied diet can help promote the continued growth of strong, healthy hair.

If you eat certain foods more, for example, walnuts, eggs, fatty fish, and so on, you may notice improvements in hair growth.

5. Washing and Conditioning Your Hair

Hair that’s thinning or falling out is fragile and easily damaged. Here’s what dermatologists recommend for their patients who have hair loss:

  • Use a gentle shampoo. Some shampoos can strip moisture from your hair.
  • Apply a moisturizing conditioner after every shampoo. Conditioner coats your strands, which reduces breakage and split ends.
  • Wrap your hair in a microfiber towel to help it dry more quickly. This helps reduce the time you spend blow-drying.

There are more ways to help hair loss than the ones I mentioned above. The most important is to keep yourself in a good mood and target the real causes of hair loss. You will have beautiful hair soon.
