Q: What is the warranty?

A: We offer one-year warranty for all the products. If there is anything wrong with the products, please contact us, we will fully assist you in solving the problem.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?

A: It generally takes about 24 hours to proceed with the order, and 2-5 working days in shipping, shipments can take longer to arrive depending on customs practices in the receiving country.

Q: Does Spooky2 rife machine work with 240VAC?

A: Only two machines need to plug directly into wall, Spooky2-xm generator and Spooky Central. Spooky2-xm generator uses 5VDC, and Spooky Central is wide range 90VAC-240VAC, so both can be used in all countries.

Q: What kind of Laptop/Computer do I Need to run Spooky2?

A: The system requirement is Windows System. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10. There is no requirement for computer memory.

Q: Which payment method do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank transfer although you can only choose PayPal when you place the order from www.spooky2-mall.com. If you want to use other payment methods, please contact us through email ([email protected]) or from online chat.

Q: Why can’t I make payment by credit card?

A: Normally our users do not have problems in making payment using credit card. But if you do, please check with your credit card company about below information:

1. Does your card have payment limitation per order or per day? If so, we can split it into several invoices for you, so you can pay each invoice at lower amount.

2. Is there enough money in the card?

Q: I registered a new PayPal account, why can’t I make payment?

A: For new PayPal account, you need to contact your bank to approve your first payment.

Q: Why does PayPal cancel my order?

A: 1. Please approve the shipping address in your PayPal account first.

2. If your PayPal account is a new one and this is your first payment, you need to contact your bank and ask them to approve the payment.

Q: I can’t pay via PayPal because I’m shipping to one country but my billing address is in another country.

A: You can keep your shipping address the same with the billing address, and send shipping address to us. We will arrange shipment to the specified address for you.
