Spooky2 Large TENS Pads provide better contact with your skin and allow for larger application areas, making Contact sessions more comfortable. Large TENS pads are ideal for most instances.
For small hard areas to place large TENS pads, we recommend using small Spooky2 TENS pads.

Recommended TENS Pads Placement:
– Full-body or General Use: Right wrist & left ankle
– Localized Application: As close to the area as possible. Make sure that the current flows through the area.
– TENS Biofeedback Scan: Either side of your torso
Where NOT to Place Your Pads:
– Never place the pads anywhere above your neck or over your heart.
– Avoid wet or hairy areas, open wounds, and scarred skin areas.
– Never place a pad directly over a joint, including elbows, knees, and ankles.
Caution
– People with pacemakers or other electrical implants, and pregnant women, should NOT use TENS pads.
– People with cardiac conditions should exercise extra caution when using TENS pads.
– Spooky2 TENS pads are manufactured with self-adhesive gel. No additional gel is needed.
– Never use a wet pad.
– Never use a pad that shows signs of damage. Replace any damaged pad before your session.
– Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and free from any lotion.
– Remove the pads from your skin by lifting the edge.
– Hold the pin connector when inserting or removing the plugs from the Spooky2 TENS pads.
– Always cover the adhesive side with the original plastic film between uses.
– If you feel any discomfort, stop immediately.
– We accept no liability for the misuse of Spooky2 TENS pads.
