Since the release of the powerful JW Peptide Presets, we have received a large number of user questions and feedback. Among them, one topic has been mentioned repeatedly: how to properly chain JW Peptide Presets.
Because peptide presets are designed to run in a specific sequence rather than simultaneously, understanding how to chain them correctly is an important part of using these presets effectively. To address this common question, this blog will walk you through exactly how to create, save, and run a JW Peptide preset chain, step by step.
Prepare Your Software
Option 1: Download the Spooky2 Starter Pack
If this is your first time using Spooky2, please download the full Spooky2 software package, which already includes all required components.
Option 2: Download the JW Peptide Presets only
If Spooky2 is already installed on your computer, you can simply download and install the JW Peptide Presets.
DownloadStep-by-Step: Creating a JW Peptide Preset Chain
1. Select JW_Peptides
In the Spooky2 software, navigate to the PRESETS tab, choose JW_Peptides from the preset list.

2. Choose your Mode
Select the mode you want to use from the list below.
- Animals
- Coil
- Contact
- Laser
- Plasma
- Remote
- Scalar
- Shells
(Remote mode is selected as an example.)

3. Add the peptide presets
Click on a peptide preset and click the DOWN ARROW to load it into the “Presets to Chain” box. Repeat this step to add more presets.

4. Save the preset chain
Click the SAVE icon on the right side of the “Presets to Chain” box.

Name your chain clearly to make it easier to identify later.

5. Locate the saved chain
After saving, navigate to the USER folder and select the saved peptide chain.

6. Load and start the preset chain
1) Navigate to CONTROL tab
2) Click “Overwrite Generator”
3) Load the program onto your chosen generator.
Note: This screenshot is from test mode, so multiple signal sources are shown. Once the device is properly connected, only the available signal sources will be displayed.
4) Click START to begin running the preset chain.

Q&A: Why Only One Preset Name Appears After Chaining?
Only the first preset added to the chain will appear at the top. To confirm everything is running correctly, check the Preset# and Total# shown below—these indicate how many presets are in the chain (Total#) and which one is currently running (Preset#).

Thank you so much for these excellent directions. I am very excited about working with the Peptide Presets.
Is there a way of making a print-out of the Peptide Preset List? I use Spooky2 in my work with Kinesiology clients and it would be helpful.
Another question: If I reprogram my Halo when it arrives, can I use ‘User’ Peptide chain programs on it?
Looking forward to observing outcomes on myself!
Kindest regards, Maureen Connolly

Additionally, Aha Halo does not support reprogramming.
Hope this helps!
Thank you.
Instead of creating a chain with 2 peptide preset, how about using one in each remote e.g. or is it more effective like this?
Thank you for your question.
The example with two peptide presets is just for demonstration purposes. There’s no strict limit to only two — you can chain multiple peptide presets together, depending on your needs.
Can you do more than one Peptide preset when using the plasma mode?
We recommend running one peptide preset at a time. However, you can chain multiple peptide presets so they run one after another sequentially.
Which setting do we choose for the plasma when using peptides or the preset chain?
Hi! Peptides are ready-made presets. You can run them the same way as other presets. Make sure you use presets for Plasma mode only, i.e. presets with a (P).
For this peptide chain to loop forever, I thought that the Repeat Chain value in Chain editor’s Program tab has to be set to zero. I tried that and my chain of 10 programs only loop on the 1st program. If I change it to 1, it will run through all 10 programs and stop. Repeat Program is set to 1 on all programs. So what do I need to do to get the chain to loop forever till stopped?
Thank you for your question!
You need to set the Repeat Sequence value to 0 in the Chain Editor.
how to load them into Gen X pro to use stand alone with scalar? There’s a limit on frequencies. Don’t know if i am doing it right.
Hi there, great question!
Unfortunately, these presets cannot be run independently on the GenX Pro.
Can you run different peptide programs on multiple generators simultaneously? Example: One chained preset on generator one, a different chained preset on generator 2, etc, etc, etc. I have 6 generators and would like to run all six simultaneously with different chains.
Yes, you can absolutely do that.
Each generator works independently, so you can load a different chained peptide preset onto each one and run them at the same time.
Hope this helps!
I would be nice if the name of the Chain is shown somewhere. In the Control tab, all I can see is the name of the current preset that is running, it would be nice if I can see what chain is active on a generator. Right now, the only clue is the number of presets the chain has.
Hi, currently our system only displays it this way. Please stay tuned for future updates, and we’ll keep improving this feature.
