Welcome to the Eleventh Phase of Our Virtual Meditation Challenge!
In this phase, we learn to gently release our attachments and return to the natural clarity of the mind. When the mind is not forced or agitated, it naturally becomes peaceful—just like water that is clear when left undisturbed. Through mindfulness and wisdom, we can quietly slip out of the grip of anxiety and habitual afflictions.
Through meditation, we will explore:
● How to observe thoughts and emotions without clinging to or rejecting them.
● How to allow mental waves to arise and naturally settle, like waves returning to the ocean.
● How to relax into the true nature of the mind with calm awareness.
Thoughts and emotions will continue to appear, just as clouds pass through the sky. Our task is not to fight them, but to see them clearly and let them dissolve on their own. When awareness remains steady, even strong afflictions gradually fade, revealing deeper clarity and peace.
As we sit quietly—body still, speech silent, mind at ease—we begin to experience a profound sense of freedom and contentment. Let this practice guide us back to our natural state: relaxed, clear, and effortlessly peaceful.

5. How do we calculate the correct check-in count?
