At Spooky2, we advise users to start with the Terrain Protocol, which is highly beneficial for overall detoxification and prepares you for further Rife treatments. In this blog, we have compiled common questions about running the Terrain Protocol to help you get the best out of this preset.

Q: Which detox preset to choose?
A: There are four remote presets for detox in the Spooky2 software: Terrain (R) – BY, Terrain-Mercury (R) – BY, Terrain-Nonviolent (R) – BY, and Detox Maintenance (R) – JK.

Terrain (R) – BY: This powerful preset covers comprehensive detox needs. It is suitable for those seeking a full-body detox experience.
Terrain-Mercury (R) – BY: Specifically beneficial for individuals with mercury amalgam fillings who wish to avoid a mercury detox.
Terrain-Nonviolent (R) – BY: This gentle option prioritizes healing and rejuvenation without including presets targeting parasite elimination.
Detox Maintenance (R) – JK: A gentle and inclusive detox preset designed to remove toxins from the entire body without causing a Herxheimer effect.

You can find more details in this blog.

Q: Is it normal for the lights on Spooky2 Remote to blink when running the Terrain Protocol?
A: Yes, it is normal for Spooky2 Remote lights to blink or dim. Four factors determine how the LED responds to the signal: frequency, waveform, offset, and amplitude. For more details, please click here.

Q: Is it normal to experience mild headaches, nausea, and body aches during the Terrain Protocol?
A: Yes. Your symptoms may be a result of a Herx reaction. You can find how to reduce a Herx reaction in this blog. In the meantime, please try to rest and take care of yourself. Drink plenty of water, eat healthy foods, and avoid any triggers that may be causing your symptoms to worsen.

Q: Is the Terrain Protocol okay for someone who is having chemo?
A: We do not recommend running any kill presets, including the Terrain Protocol, during chemotherapy. It is best to avoid using Spooky2 for three to four days before and after chemotherapy. Alternatively, you can try running immune support programs or some healing presets. Daily Wellness (R) – BY may be a good option for you.

Q: Can you run the Terrain Protocol while running other programs?
A: It is advisable to run the Terrain Protocol alone the first time. In subsequent sessions, you can try running it with other programs. If your body cannot handle too many programs at once, go slow and adjust as your body responds.

Q: Will running the Terrain Protocol affect any medicines you are taking?
A: No. The Terrain Protocol will help remove any toxins from your body. Medicines are also toxins, but it takes a while for the body to remove them, even with the Terrain Protocol running.

Q: Can I run the Terrain Protocol 24/7, 365 days a year?
A: If you are in good health, it is not necessary to run the Terrain Protocol continuously for a year. Running the Terrain Protocol regularly, such as once a month, maybe better. Of course, if your body can adapt, running it continuously for a year is also an option. The choice is yours.

Q: Should one avoid alcohol and smoking during the Terrain Protocol?
A: It is recommended to try to avoid alcohol and smoking during terrain. Drinking plenty of water helps to eliminate toxins more quickly from the body. Smoking and alcohol may contribute to the toxic burden you are trying to eliminate.

Q: What is the duration of the Terrain Protocol in contact mode and remote mode?
A: In contact mode, you run two frequency sets daily for 11 days, as specified in the Generator 1 column in the table below. Each set lasts 2 hours and is followed by a beep. You can run the first set in the morning and the second set 6-12 hours later. Optionally, you can repeat each set more than once.

In remote mode, the Terrain Protocol will run for 11 days nonstop and repeat itself until you manually stop it.
