At Spooky2, we update the software regularly—sometimes within just a few days. These updates not only refine the system itself but also expand the frequency databases that many users around the world rely on every day.
Behind this ongoing progress is the dedication of the Spooky2 team, guided by founder John White. Together, we continue refining the software and expanding the database so the community can benefit from new research, new discoveries, and the shared knowledge that continues to grow within the Spooky2 ecosystem.
At its heart, this work reflects a simple belief: when you care about people, you keep improving the tools designed to support their health and wellbeing.
Accessibility has always been an important part of the Spooky2 philosophy. Since the early days of the system, database updates have been made available to users without additional cost. This allows the platform to keep evolving without placing extra financial pressure on the community, ensuring that new research and updated frequency data remain accessible to everyone.
Continuous Database Updates
As the Spooky2 ecosystem continues to evolve, its databases are regularly updated to incorporate new research and refinements. Recent releases include:
- Spooky2 Peptide Presets v20260304a, delivering the latest updates to the peptide program library.
- MW Database v20260228, providing the latest updates to the MW frequency database.
- Spooky2 Presets v20260225, updating the factory preset library and including the latest DNA and Peptide presets.
- DNA Database v20251223, updating the DNA frequency collections and removing extinct pathogen strains and plasmids from the database.
These ongoing database updates continue to expand the number of available programs within the system. As the databases grew larger over time, the original software architecture eventually approached its technical limit, leading to the recent expansion of Spooky2’s program capacity.
A Breakthrough Expansion
After extensive development work, John created a solution that removes the previous limitation built into the programming language. With the new patch installed, Spooky2 can now support up to 2,147,483,647 programs, expanding the system’s capacity from the original limit of 65,535 to more than 2.1 billion programs.
This dramatic increase provides the software with enormous room for future database growth and new research additions. To put this into perspective, even if a new program were added every second, it would still take decades before the system reached its maximum capacity. The upgrade therefore removes a major technical constraint and allows the Spooky2 ecosystem to continue expanding without worrying about database limits.
Additional Update: JW_RRM Program Library
Alongside the database capacity expansion, this update also introduces a new JW_RRM program library.
The library includes 1,132 programs designed for different types of pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and mold. These programs were generated using a calculation approach based on the Resonant Recognition Model (RRM).

The JW_RRM process generally involves:
- Identifying important proteins used by pathogens
- Converting those protein sequences into numerical signals
- Analysing those signals to identify characteristic frequency patterns
- Verifying the results across multiple related proteins to improve reliability
In simple terms, the method studies how certain pathogen proteins behave and identifies the frequency patterns associated with their biological activity. Much like two tuning forks that resonate at the same pitch, biological interactions often occur when matching frequencies are present.
Looking Ahead
With the new 2.1 billion program capacity, Spooky2 is now positioned to support continued development and research for years to come.
For users, this expansion brings several important advantages:
- Expanding Research Libraries
Databases such as MW, along with presets like JW Peptides, JW Substances, and JW Pathogens, can continue growing as new research is incorporated.
- Unlimited Custom Databases
Users can build and expand their own program libraries without worrying about software limits.
- Unlocking New Possibilities
With the previous system limit removed, Spooky2 now has the flexibility to support new discoveries and future research programs.
In short, the expanded program capacity ensures that Spooky2 can keep evolving alongside the research and the community that supports it—just as it has from the beginning. Because progress should always benefit the people who rely on the system every day.
