Blood pressure is the force of your blood pressing on the artery walls as it travels from your heart to the rest of your body. High blood pressure occurs when the pressure inside your blood vessels is too high. According to estimates, 1.28 billion adults worldwide between the ages of 30-79 suffer from this illness, which can be life-threatening if not treated.

The blog will tell you how to stay healthy and control your blood pressure in your daily life. If you find this blog useful and informative, you can also share it with your loved ones who need to know more about this condition.

What Is Blood Pressure

Your blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day and helps your heart circulate blood throughout your body. Generally, people use millimeters of mercury (mmHg) with two figures to measure it – systolic and diastolic pressure.

When a person’s blood pressure is over 140/90 mmHg, they have high blood pressure or hypertension in another term. There are two types of high blood pressure: primary and secondary hypertension. The former does not have a single known cause, while the latter develops because of an underlying medical condition or condition. A study found that most patients, up to 95%, have primary hypertension, and an unhealthy lifestyle is the primary factor contributing to the rise in high blood pressure.

Risks

High blood pressure may cause:

  • Stroke
  • Dementia
  • Loss of vision
  • Heart condition
  • Atrial fibrillation
  • Coronary artery condition
  • Long-term kidney condition

Symptoms

If you have high blood pressure, you may experience the following symptoms:

  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Nosebleed
  • Vision problems
  • Chest discomfort

The symptoms of high blood pressure may vary from person to person. People need to pay close attention to their physical conditions daily. Any discomfort requires prompt medical attention.

Causes

You are more likely to have high blood pressure if you:

  • Are over 65
  • Lack exercise
  • Are overweight
  • Inhale too much nicotine
  • Endure too much pressure
  • Drink too much alcohol or coffee
  • Have a parent or sibling with high blood pressure.
  • Eat too much salt without enough fruit and vegetables

Though high blood pressure is prevalent among adults, children still can get this condition. Therefore, you cannot let down your guard against this condition at any age.

Natural Ways to Lower Blood Pressure

There are two ways to reduce high blood pressure. One is using medicines. If necessary, a doctor may prescribe medications to lower blood pressure, like ACE inhibitors and calcium channel blockers.

The other way to relieve hypertension is by changing the lifestyle. If you want to decrease blood pressure without taking drugs, here are some natural methods.

  • Eat bananas
  • Exercise more
  • Quit smoking
  • Eat dark chocolate
  • Get sufficient sleep
  • Pay attention to your diet

did not know if spooky was working properly. and dont know what convergency sweep is. and need help

    1. Hi Rhonda,
Thank you for reaching out. Here’s some guidance regarding the Convergence Sweep and its use for high blood pressure:
The Spooky Converge Sweep preset broadcasts 64 frequencies over a wide range (1 Hz to 1,604,000 Hz) and is typically used for unknown pathogens and environmental issues. However, for specific conditions like high blood pressure, this broad approach can affect both beneficial and harmful frequencies indiscriminately. For high blood pressure, it’s better to use targeted frequency sets specifically designed for hypertension.
Given your significant progress from 230/280 to 131/91, it seems like you’re on the right track with your current approach. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

    2. That’s amazing. How are you now?

  3. Thanks Spooky for this post.

All fine EXCEPT for one glaring omission – there is no reference to water intake aka dehydration. I am nearly 79 and have no history of high blood pressure but suddenly my systolic BP zoomed into the hypertensive range (154 and often way above). I had other ‘symptoms’ such as a craving for salt and feeling hungry after a big meal. Everything else in my life was the same – weight, exercise, diet, non smoking and non alcohol – so I was a classic ‘Primary’ case, as per your article.

My guess was that I severely dehydrated. I normally drink very little fluid, and much has a caffeine element which is diuretic, but I spent the winter in 30+c temps in Mexico and on returning to Scotland worked for many days in my vegetable garden bare-chested in the sunshine. Following this hunch I added 1 litre a day, of just water, to my intake and moderated the caffeinated content of the rest.
The results were astounding within a week or so my systolic BP had fallen to between 108-120 in the am and slightly higher in pm and has stayed there ever since. Dehydration is a product of low water intake relative to bodily needs. In my case sun exposure was the variable but for many others it will be persistent stress which places huge demands on the body’s water management systems.

None of this is to gainsay the merits of Spooky – I have one – but to suggest that one tries the simplest approaches first before moving on to something more complex. In that vein the best guide to dehydration is the classic book by Dr Batmanghelidj – ‘Your Body’s Many Cries for Water’.

Keep up the good work …

    1. Thank you so much for sharing your valuable experience and reminder! 💙

You’re absolutely right — proper hydration is a simple but powerful factor that’s often overlooked when it comes to healthy blood pressure. Dehydration can indeed raise blood pressure by thickening the blood and adding stress on the heart and kidneys.

Your example of adjusting water intake and moderating caffeine is a great natural step before trying more complex solutions. Combining good hydration habits with Spooky2 programs can support your overall wellbeing even better.

Thank you again for highlighting this important point. If you ever need any help choosing Spooky2 programs for blood pressure or other wellness goals, we’re here for you! 🌿💧✨
