Since the launch of Spooky2’s groundbreaking JW_Peptides library, we’ve received many insightful questions from our community regarding the real-world application of these programs. Following our previous FAQ sessions, we have compiled these additional, experience-driven questions to help you understand what to expect and how to get the most out of our peptide programs on your wellness journey.
How long should I run a peptide program before trying a different one if I don’t get visible results?
Well-matched peptide programs typically yield quick results, though internal conditions may take longer to show visible progress. If little or no improvement is observed after about a week, we recommend trying a different program. Finding the right match can be a process of trial and error. If peptide programs aren’t yielding satisfactory results, consider exploring other programs like the PROV database or investigating underlying causes that may need to be addressed first.
Is it helpful to change the settings within a peptide program?
We generally do not recommend it. JW Peptide presets are already optimized for maximum efficacy. Additional manual changes don’t necessarily boost performance.
Can I use the peptide shell for other main database programs?
Not recommended. The peptide shell is calibrated for peptide programs, which operate differently from other main database programs. For other programs, please use the appropriate shells found in the Shells folder.
Can a peptide program cause harm or an “overdose” if it doesn’t fit my condition?
If you run an incorrect peptide program, it will simply have no effect. Your body only utilizes as much as it needs so it’s unlikely to have an “overdose”. However, many users report better results when taking short breaks during treatment. Listen to your body and adjust your plan to allow for natural healing time.
How many peptides can I chain together at a time?
While there is no strict limit, we recommend keeping the total run time of a chain to 4 hours or less. It ensures that within a 24-hour cycle, each preset repeats at least six times for consistent exposure.
Can I mix main database programs with peptide programs?
We don’t recommend mixing Spooky2 main database programs directly into a peptide preset. Instead, you can create a separate custom preset using an empty shell for your main database programs, then chain that preset with your peptide programs.
What’s the difference between a peptide and a peptide program?
Peptide programs are the ones found in the JW_Peptides library. They are integrated frequency sets designed to target specific conditions. These peptide programs contain multiple peptide frequencies that run in a precise, pre-set sequence.
Where can I get a list of all the peptide programs and know if they are the latest?
In the Spooky2 Software, you can navigate yourself to Presets>JW_Peptides>JW Peptides – JW.pdf. The date on the first page indicates the version of your current library.

Can I run peptides on GX standalone?
No. Standalone mode is limited to 200 frequencies. As peptide programs are complex and usually exceed this limit, they must be run through the software rather than loaded directly onto the generator.
