What You Can Do When Your Generators Get Stuck 8

Share this:

When you are encountered with below problems:

1. Generator gets stuck at one frequency after some time even if the frequencies running are changing in Spooky2 software.

2. Your generator stops responding to Software after some time running.

It means the generator has lost communication with Spooky2 software.

If you are using a Spooky Central, electrical noise may be causing the problem. High power and high frequency signals are emitted from Spooky Central. The generator’s body is made from metal, and this is picking up frequencies from the white high voltage cable and the tube. Make sure the white high voltage wires and plasma tube are as far from the generator as possible. Use the special USB and BNC filter cables provided with your Spooky Central. If you do not have the BNC filter cables these can be obtained from here.

If you are not using Spooky Central, it is possible the USB connection is loose, try to turn off and start everything again. If it doesn’t work, try to change to another USB cable.

Or it is possible your USB is set to dormancy after a while:
Pls set it not to dormancy in your pc:
1. Go into device manager (right click “My Computer”, select “Properties”)
2. find the section labeled “Universal Serial Bus controllers” and expand it out
3. find USB Root Hubs (there may be at least 3 listed)
4. right click on one and select properties
5. go to the “Power Management” tab
6. ensure that the check box labeled “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” is unchecked and then click OK
7. repeat steps 4 – 6 for all remaining Root Hubs
8. reboot
9. try connecting again and see if the problem persists

If it still does not work, it is possible the USB port on your computer or on the generator is loose, please try to feel the USB port on the generator and see whether it is loose. If it is loose, please contact our service lady.

  1. I have the Spooky 2 Generator and was successfully able to download to my computer. However, when attempting to follow instructions by running the initial program under Terrain, my computer has been running for 37 hours straight. Is this normal and will this happen every time I run a frequency program?
Also, is the frequency treatment happening while it is downloading or after the program completes? I placed a part of my nail into a sticky and placed it inside the remote.

    1. Hi, do you mean you run terrain via remote mode with your generator connected to your computer? If so, it is normal. Terrain Protocol is designed to run for 11 days nonstop. Know more details from this blog: https://www.spooky2-mall.com/blog/all-you-need-to-know-about-terrain-protocol/

  2. Plasma stopped working in the middle of a session. Now central won’t run plasma Please help

  3. Spooky central is making a high pitch noise no matter the program I run on it. How do I make it work properly

    1. Hello, sorry for your bad experience.
If you can get the tube below your sleeping area within 5 feet of where you will be sleeping, while not as efficacious as having the near field, you should still be well in range for some efficacy.

Generally, if the running frequency during your hearing range, you will hear sound from the plasma tube and ultrasonic too. Could you please try earplug during sleep or run spooky2 central/plasma during the day? And you can try far-field of plasma tube to reduce the sound.

  4. I am running the plasma and after a couple of minutes it stops and I get generator error, When I stop the running program and shut off the software then restart the software it does not detect the generator with the plasma hooked up. I then exit the software, shut Spooky Central off and unplugged both the the power cord and usb cord to the 2 channel generator for a minute, plug everything in and start the software again. It then detects the generator and I can run the plasma for a couple of minutes or so. This morning when I started everything up after it was shut off for a couple of weeks it ran for about 20 minutes and then generator error came up. i think its spooky 2 central that is the problem although I am not sure.

    1. Hello, Thank you for sharing the details of your situation. Based on your description and the blog about what to do when generators get stuck, here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:
Check Your USB Connection: It’s possible that the USB connection is becoming unstable. Try using a different USB port or cable, and ensure it’s tightly connected to both the generator and your computer. An unstable USB connection can cause intermittent detection issues with the generator.
Power Supply: Since the plasma works for a while and then stops, check if there’s a power fluctuation. Ensure that Spooky2 Central has a stable power supply and that the power cords are securely connected. Unstable power could cause the generator to stop unexpectedly.
USB Overload: Make sure no other devices are overloading the USB hub or port. If possible, connect the generator directly to the computer instead of through a USB hub.
Cooling System: If Spooky2 Central is overheating, it could cause the system to stop after a few minutes of running. Ensure there is proper ventilation and check if the cooling fan inside Spooky2 Central is working efficiently.
Test the Generator Independently: If possible, try running your generator without the plasma device (using contact or remote mode) to see if the generator itself works smoothly for an extended period. This can help identify whether Spooky2 Central is the issue or if it’s something related to the generator.
Software Reinstallation: Sometimes, a corrupted software installation can cause connectivity issues. Try reinstalling the Spooky2 software to rule out any software-related errors.
Check for Updates: Ensure your Spooky2 software and generator firmware are fully updated, as updates often address issues related to connectivity and performance.
If the problem persists after following these steps, you might want to contact Spooky2 support at support@spooky2-mall.com for further assistance. They can provide more in-depth diagnostics to help resolve the issue.
I hope this helps! Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
