When managing complex, inflammatory autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s and Sjogren’s, finding the right frequency protocol can often feel overwhelming. Certain enteroviruses (such as Coxsackievirus) and bacteria infections are strongly linked to the triggering or acceleration of certain autoimmune diseases in genetically predisposed individuals.
Suzi Smith, an expert member of the Spooky2 Facebook community, has shared an innovative approach based on Bryan Yamamoto’s M&L Graded Utility Protocol. This method bridges the comprehensive scope of the original Morgellons & Lyme (M&L) protocol with the efficiency of biofeedback scanning, making it an ideal tool for those fighting chronic inflammation and autoimmune triggers.
Understanding the M&L Graded Utility Protocol
While the original M&L protocol provides an incredibly thorough coverage, navigating the entire protocol can be deeply exhausting and time-consuming. For individuals dealing with autoimmune conditions, running frequencies that the body does not currently need may overload the detox pathways and place unnecessary stress on an already compromised system.
Bryan Yamamoto has creatively condensed the original protocol into 9 core sections. His M&L Graded Utility Tool uses your personal BFB scan data and extracts only the most critical, relevant frequencies needed for your body at that exact moment, drastically shortening the execution time. This allows you to cycle through the protocol quickly and repeat it.
The 9 sections targeted by this protocol include: viruses, biofilm, co-infection, other bacteria, fungus and mold, simple parasites, complex parasites, body sites and biotech, and infrastructure.
How to Run the Protocol
To get started, please download the utility software and read its corresponding step-by-step user guide from here.
Execution Instructions
Ideally, this protocol is optimized for a 3-generator setup.
- Initial Setup: The first time you open the Graded Utility tool, click Install Biofeedback Presets. This is a one-time setup step, and these presets will remain installed.
- Perform a BFB Scan: Run a standard BFB scan every 2 to 4 days to capture your body’s latest responses.
- Load Your Data: Click on Reload. Select your most recent BFB scan file from the Scan Data dropdown list.

- Select Your Target Section: Choose the M&L section you are currently working through. Make sure you follow the section sequence strictly.

- Build the Preset: Click Build Preset. The utility automatically generates 3 custom presets (one for each generator) and places them into your Spooky2 directory. You can find the presets in the User folder. Please pay attention to the preset notes when you load the presets into your generators. For more detailed guidance, you can refer to the utility’s manual.
- Tick Grade Only (First Pass): For your initial journey through the protocol, ensure the Grade Only box is checked. In accordance with the Golden Rule of Rifing—which dictates killing pathogens from the smallest to the largest organism—ticking this box ensures the utility only uses frequencies found strictly within your active section.
- Configure Detox Settings: If you have a 3-generator setup with a dedicated detox hardware unit, do not check the Detox box in the utility. If you only have one or two generators, the Detox checkbox will allow you to include the detox programs in the Remote preset.
Protocol Timelines
As this protocol targets the specific root causes of autoimmune dysfunction, it runs significantly faster than the traditional M&L timeline. The following table gives the run time in days of each section. The lower number of the run times is for Plasma mode, the higher number is for Contact.

Please note that total timelines can vary depending on individual needs or required pauses, and that you need to update your presets using this utility every time you perform a new biofeedback scan.
Essential Tips for Navigating Autoimmune Recovery
Managing an autoimmune condition requires a delicate, highly strategic approach. Here are four tips to better support your journey:
- Avoid Stimulators
When you have an autoimmune condition, your immune system is already hyperactive and attacking its own tissues. Therefore, you want to avoid programs that artificially ramp up your immune response. Users have reported that presets like Immune System Stimulation (R) can trigger severe symptom flare-ups. If a program leaves you aching or flaring, stop running it; the goal is to modulate and support, not over-stimulate. - Fuel Your Body
Frequencies work best when the body has the proper building blocks to repair itself. Consider following the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet to systematically avoid common inflammatory triggers and food sensitivities. Organic vegetables, antioxidant-rich berries and whole foods can help reduce overall metabolic and oxidative stress. - Don’t Skip Binders
When you target deep-seated pathogens, the loose toxins and die-off waste may recirculate and get reabsorbed. Binders can help chelate the toxins.
