In practice, however, we’ve found that the more layers of abstraction you add to any system, the more likely it is that problems will arise. And unless you’re a seasoned Mac and Windows troubleshooter, you may find that tracking causes and finding solutions is more trouble than it’s worth.
We recommend that you buy a cheap Windows netbook or used desktop model, and dedicate it to running your Spooky2 system.

It seems a Mac is not really ideal for running Spooky. You can of course run boot camp but then you are stuck with a crappy windows operating system that’s just the pits. I bought a professional windows machine for my running of Spooky and have struggled to get by so much so that I’m at the point of binning the lot. As I understand it Spooky was designed on a Mac but converted to a pc at some stage – hows that for brilliant thinking.

Spooky2 software is designed to run on a Windows operating system, and while it is possible to use a Mac with Boot Camp or virtualization software, iPads do not have the necessary environment for running full Windows programs.
