1. Does the XM Pro work with the Spooky2 5V power supply?
Yes. The XM Pro generator is compatible with both 5V and 12V power supplies.
2. Is the XM Pro generator grounded? Does the XM Pro generator feature any precaution against low-frequency electromagnetic interference or voltage fluctuations?
The case of XM Pro is grounded. Additionally, the generator is protected against both low and high-frequency EMF and voltage fluctuations, with a significantly wider input voltage range.

4. Can the XM Pro generator store programs?
No. The XM Pro generator does not support standalone operation.
5. Will the new XM Pro work with all the same equipment and the same software that I use for the standard Spooky2 setups?
Yes. XM Pro works with all Spooky2 modes and the Spooky2 software. Please note that XM Pro requires Spooky2 software version 20260704 or later. The Spooky2 software is compatible with the XM generator, XM Pro, GeneratorX and GeneratorX Pro. Software downloads are available here.
6. Can the new XM Pro run BFB scans with the Sample Digitizer?
No. XM Pro does not support Sample Digitizer BFB scans. You can only perform Pulse scans with XM Pro.
7. What is the frequency range of XM Pro?
0 – 10 MHz across all waveforms.
8. Is XM Pro designed to do fast biofeedback scans like the GeneratorX Pro?
The XM Pro generator only supports Pulse biofeedback scans via Spooky2 Pulse.
9. What do you mean by “extended lifespan?”
All electronics have a lifespan. This is predominantly determined by the life of the internal capacitors. XM Pro uses solid-state capacitors to greatly extend its lifetime.
10. Does XM Pro use the same power cord as the XM generators?
Yes. The power cords remain the same.
11. Will the XM generator be discontinued?
Yes.
12. Why did you say that the XM generator can produce frequencies up to 25 MHz?
The wave cycle multiplier (WCM) function in the Spooky2 software allows the generators to transcend their frequency limit. For example, you can see that some waves have a value of 8 in the WCM column of the Settings tab, and some have a value of 16. What this means is that Spooky2 creates eight/sixteen copies of a sine wave, then “infolds” them into a single wave cycle using a complex algorithm. Note that this feature is not applicable to all waveforms and can create distortions.
13. Can we still use WCM to increase the frequency output of XM Pro?
Yes. The maximum output frequency is determined by the slew (switching) rate of the components. The switching speed of XM Pro is faster than the XM generator, so the maximum output frequency will be higher.
14. Will biofeedback scans be faster with the XM Pro?
No. For faster biofeedback scans, it is recommended to use TENS or Sample Digitizer scans with the GeneratorX Pro.
15. How will the new improvements affect peptide programs?
Spooky2 uses harmonics to adapt frequencies that exceed a generator’s range by converting them into workable sub-harmonic equivalents. A higher frequency limit allows the generator to produce outputs closer to the original frequency values, which may provide a more accurate frequency representation and potentially enhance the overall experience. Hence, XM Pro has a better overall performance with peptide programs compared to the XM generator.
16. Does higher precision mean stronger effects?
A higher frequency precision helps improve effectiveness, especially with precisely calculated programs. It’s like tuning to a radio station at 100.1 FM—you might still receive the signal when you’re slightly out of tune, but with more static noise. Higher precision locks you onto the exact 100.1 FM frequency for a clear reception.
17. Can XM Pro be used for FSM?
Spooky2 generators are not dedicated FSM generators. The output levels of XM Pro are the same as the XM generator. External components are required for true current-limited frequencies, but Spooky2 Boost may simulate this through the use of a high-value series resistor.
18. Does it change anything when used with Spooky2 Central?
The only difference is resolution and accuracy. XM Pro has greater precision (5 decimal places for the entire frequency range). The XM generator only has a resolution of 2 decimal places.
