In the last episode, we introduced natural ways to keep your heart healthy & natural heart attack recovery.
In this episode, we will tell you the fact about Asthma you need to know.
About 34 million Americans have asthma, roughly 8 million of which are children. 12.8 million missed school days and 10.1 million missed work days in the U.S every single year due to Asthma. It costs the U.S. about $14.7 billion a year in medical costs, prescription drugs and lost productivity.
In addition to the expense of asthma prescriptions, keeping track of different inhalers and medications is a pain. You might be seeking more natural methods of asthma treatment or may be thinking about using a natural remedy or treatment for your asthma.
Surprisingly: Asthma medications can help control symptoms in the case of an emergency attack, but they can actually sometimes make asthma symptoms worse long term. Research shows most asthma medications have a side effects disturbing functions of the endocrine system and the immune system and contribute to problems like mood changes, acne, yeast growth and weight gain. Over time they might cause allergic and asthmatic reactions to be more frequent.
What is asthma?
Asthma is an episodic constriction of the bronchial tubes. It is a common disorder of both children and adults, often regarded as mysterious and frustrating to treat.
Asthma is a type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and is also related to allergies (seasonal/environmental or food-related). Symptoms tend to occur suddenly in response to event that irritate the immune system and air passageways, which is described as an experience of an asthma “attack.”

Hi, cool2byou. Thank you for your question. In this episode, we introduced the basic situation of asthma. We concerned more about the solution to asthma in next few episode, so thank you for your suggestion we will add more information about the disease.
Yes I was on three different inhalers in yr 2014 I swear I was so close to dying, one gave me thrush in my mouth and hair and eyes! Drs still wanted me to use this medicine, I was advised by my natural path to use glutathione several times per day and to this I have to say , is the only way to heal your lungs! In the past 2 yrs the pulmonologist can not understand how I went from lung failure to zero lung disease!
How much glutathione? How many times a day? Thanks!!!
Thank you for this information! Can you comment on dosage size and how often?
