Dental health is an important part of your overall health and well-being. We all want healthy teeth so we can have a big smile and fresh breath. Poor oral hygiene can lead to a range of problems from tooth sensitivity to advanced dental problems.

Some Common Dental Problems

Sensitive Teeth

If you have sensitive teeth, you may experience pain or discomfort after eating or drinking cold foods. Some people are born with sensitive teeth because of thinner enamel. It can also be caused by:

  • Gum disease
  • A cracked or broken tooth
  • Worn-down crown or fillings
  • Root infection
  • Enamel erosion

A few changes to your daily oral hygiene regimen can naturally relieve sensitive teeth. Choose specific brands of toothpaste and mouthwash for people with sensitive teeth.

Cavities

Cavities, also called tooth decay or dental caries, develop when a mucous membrane of plaque coats teeth. The bacteria produce acids from the sugars in food. The acids destroy the hard outer covering of your teeth, known as enamel. Over time, this can cause permanent damage.

You can prevent cavities by brushing your teeth regularly (twice a day). Also, see your dentist for regular check-ups to remove plaque from your teeth.

Gum Disease

Gum disease, also called gingivitis, is inflammation of the gums. It is because plaque builds up on your teeth due to poor brushing habits. Other risk factors include tobacco use, diabetes, and pregnancy.

Aside from prescribing antibiotics, dentists usually perform a thorough cleaning to reverse gum disease.

Cracked or Broken Teeth

Teeth can be cracked or broken from mouth injuries or chewing on hard foods.

A cracked tooth can be very painful. No matter how bad your crack or chip is, you should have it checked out by your dentist as soon as possible. Your dentist will choose the most suitable filling based on your injury.

Spooky2 DH0012 Preset: Teeth & Gums Decay & Restoration

This is a preset created by David Halliday, specifically for various dental problems. You can find this preset under the DH Experimental Frequencies on the Presets tab.

Now, let’s see the magic of the Spooky2 DH0012 Preset: Teeth & Gums Decay & Restoration.

Testimonial One – Cavity

“Wow wow wow, I am completely blown away by this. We noticed a cavity forming on our 7yr son’s tooth so on Tuesday night and Wednesday we started using David Halliday’s preset no12 for Teeth & Gums Decay & Restoration in Spooky2 running on Remote 24hrs a day and we used the MP3 of the same frequencies from David and were listening to it in the car to and from my son’s school which is a twenty-minute journey each way so listened 40 minutes per day.
I’m very pleased with the results in such a short period of time.”

Testimonial Two – Tooth Infection and Pain

“My dentist says I have the teeth of a teenager who took a few months. I just had a friend who needed a root canal. I started them on the same program and their infection and pain are completely gone. Contempt prior to investigation leaves somebody, an everlasting ignorance, but be my guest.”

Not limited to the reversal of the above two issues, Spooky2 DH0012 Preset Teeth & Gums Decay & Restoration can be of great help for any dental problem!

We look forward to your feedback here as well!
