This is Spooky2 general well-being preset, designed by Judy Buduccio. There are 4 presets within this chained preset. Here are the names of the presets and their total running times.
1. Sleep Induction (R) – DB: 5 hours
2. Multi-Vitamin and Mineral (R) – JW: 4 hours
3. Daytime (R) – BY: 11 hours
4. Evening (R) – BY: 4 hours
Why should you choose it?
It is designed to run for 24 hours in total. You can benefit from it throughout the day without monitoring the generator or change any settings in between.
In the daytime, this preset can help you better concentrate on work, feel better both mentally and physically. During the evening, you can get a sweet sleep and even receive a special skincare session.

This preset is in Spooky2 Software version 20190106 and above. Go to Presets tab, Presets -> Heal -> Remote -> Daily Wellness (R).

Tips you need to know before you start
Please read its notes carefully before you start to run Daily Wellness. Although this preset is highly compatible with other programs, there are some notices you should know:
1. This preset is for use with Remote Mode only.
2. The best time to start is one hour before you want to go to sleep.
3. Daily Wellness contains sweep frequencies, so it can not be run offline.
