Agnes Khan – born in Poland. Migrated to the UK in 2000. Deliberately creating her reality. Taking the best from life’s changes and naturally inspires others.

Living on her terms, she developed self-discipline to stick to her own desires and likings, sharp, strong but full of empathy and openness. Great example, role model and inspiration as mother, wife, entrepreneur and philanthropist.

Balanced life is her philosophy, and maintaining it in all spheres of everyday life is what she does: kitchen and study.

Agnes is an example that anything is possible if you really believe and desire it.

Agnes Khan, mother of two boys (14, 8), property investor, translator of “Philosophy of Health” and “Philosophy of Life”, founder of 5 Flavours of Health Project, and co-founder of charity “ Supporting Lives”.

My message to people:

My question is why would it take that long, for mothers, for parents, for men and for women, and all of us, why would it take this long to figure out that we should be more aware of the food that we eat?

If you are one who is today suffering from allergies, or your loved, or if you are one who is suffering from metabolism problem, obesity, heart problems… Why do you agree that this is a NORM? WHY?

It is not a norm, for our children to suffer so much, it is not a norm for us to grow older with medications taken on a daily basis.

Our life is a consequence of our every day choices. Our DECISIONS.

I am not a doctor, nor even a nutritionist. I am a preventionist. I am a mother, wife, and I went through a lot of sufferings.

And I do not agree that this is a norm.

If you look 60 years back, when the transport, marketing and food industries were not developed as they are now – people were eating only seasonal and local foods.

And they were healthier… happier…

The fashion of these new diets came to us in Europe and in Western World in 70. And this is when most of our problems started.

Nature is very patient with us, but we are already suffering a lot, and this situation is getting worse.

WAKE UP and revaluate your values, your priorities. Because if health and wellbeing of your family are important to you-you will realize that we must start listening to our inner voice more rather than the advertisements, the commercials. And we must realize the power of the food we eat, the power of the thoughts we create in our minds.

Getting closer to nature will bring you stability, health, peace and harmony.

And this is my dream and wish for all of you.
