Are you interested in doing energetic work with Spooky2? Give the Chakra 2 Chain protocol a try.
In the database are frequencies for the chakras – based on 432 Hz. They were derived from the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls and given additional weight by the following analsysis:
While they are all listed individually, there is one frequency set that brings them together – Chakra 2 Chain.
There are many aspects regarding their proper use. This information was captured in the following thread that everyone should read:
However, for those of you who don’t have the time, I will enclose a screenshot on how to set up the Chakra 2 Chain protocol and point out a very important detail one should follow after running the chakra 2-chain protocol.
Collect the Energy when finished:
No matter where you end your practice, if you only concentrate on the Solar Plexus, or if you get as far as the Heart Chakra, or if you complete the route ending in Sacral Chakra as stated in the referred Spooky Session, at the conclusion of your SPOOKY SESSION, you must always bring the energy back to your navel and collect it.
Collecting the energy gathers up the excess chi in the body and stores it in the navel.
This collected energy is utilized by the body’s own intelligence, as & when required.
It protects your body organs from accumulating too much energy.
To do this, concentrate on your navel as you place your right fist there. Then rotate your fist thirty-six times clockwise, allowing the circle to grow larger until it is no more than six inches in diameter (not higher than the heart nor lower than the pelvis). Then reverse the direction of rotation and rotate twenty-four times in a counterclockwise direction, gradually shrinking the circle until it returns to the navel.
A woman reverses the order of rotation, first rotating counterclockwise thirty-six times and reversing the direction and shrinking the circle while rotating clockwise twenty-four times back to the navel.
When starting out, run the following once per day. Then as you progress, you can increase the number of times you run this. Use the repeat program setting to control the number of iterations you execute.
