The solution may turn grey, which is normal. The color is from Silver Nitrates. These form on the silver rods of all colloidal silver generators. In most systems the Silver Nitrate dissolves into the water and reduces the effectiveness. The special Spooky waveform breaks off the silver nitrates before they become dissolved. These then safely settle to the bottom of the container. We recommend that the Colloidal Silver solution is left for a few hours to allow the Silver Nitrate to settle.
