Managing Menopause Naturally Through Hormonal Balance 9

Share this:

Menopause is a natural stage in a woman’s life, typically occurring between the ages of 45 and 55. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), over 1.2 billion women will be menopausal or postmenopausal by 2030, with 75% experiencing symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. While hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a common treatment, concerns about potential risks have led many women to seek natural alternatives.
Spooky2, a frequency therapy system, offers a holistic, non-invasive approach to managing menopause symptoms by supporting hormonal balance. This blog explores how Spooky2 can help alleviate discomfort and enhance overall well-being.

Understanding Menopause and Hormonal Imbalance

Menopause occurs when the ovaries reduce their production of estrogen and progesterone, leading to hormonal fluctuations. This imbalance results in a range of symptoms, including:

  • Hot flashes: Sudden feelings of intense heat, often followed by sweating.
  • Night sweats: Excessive sweating during sleep, disrupting rest.
  • Mood swings: Emotional instability and irritability caused by hormonal changes.
  • Vaginal dryness: Reduced estrogen levels leading to discomfort.
  • Increased health risks: The decline in estrogen may contribute to osteoporosis and cardiovascular issues.

Restoring hormonal balance is essential for alleviating these symptoms and promoting long-term health. This is where Spooky2’s frequency therapy can play a crucial role.

Why Choose Spooky2 for Menopause Relief

Spooky2 provides a safe and effective alternative to traditional menopause treatments. Here’s why it stands out:

  • Non-invasive and drug-free: No need for pills, injections, or creams.
  • Holistic approach: Addresses both physical and emotional symptoms.
  • Convenience: This can be used at home at any time.

How Spooky2 Supports Hormonal Balance During Menopause

Spooky2 utilizes frequency therapy to help restore balance within the body. Here’s how it can assist:

  1. Regulating Hormones
    • The Essential Oil – Rose (XTRA) program helps stabilize hormonal fluctuations, reducing hot flashes and mood swings.
    • The Hormone Disorders Testosterone (ETDF) program supports testosterone regulation, improving energy and libido.
  2. Improving Sleep Quality
    • The Melatonin (XTRA) program promotes natural melatonin production for deeper sleep.
    • The Sleep Sound (XTRA) program enhances relaxation, reducing nighttime disruptions.
  3. Alleviating Hot Flashes
    • The Genistein (MW) program mimics estrogen, helping to regulate body temperature and minimize hot flashes episodes.

By targeting these key areas, Spookyprovides a non-invasive and natural way to manage menopause symptoms effectively.

To maximize the benefits of Spooky2 in managing menopause symptoms, follow these practical steps:

    • Contact Mode: Suitable for short sessions. Use hand cylinders or TENS pads to directly apply frequencies to the body. Recommended for immediate relief of symptoms like hot flashes and sleep disturbances.
  2. Select and Load the Programs:
    • Open the Spooky2 software and navigate to the Programs tab.
    • Search for menopause-related programs such as Essential Oil – Rose (XTRA), Hormone Disorders Testosterone (ETDF), Melatonin (XTRA), Sleep Sound (XTRA), and Genistein (MW).
    • Select the desired program and add it to your treatment list.
  3. Configure the Generator Settings:
    • Set Repeat to run continuously if using Remote mode.
    • For Contact mode, run each session for 30-60 minutes, once or twice daily.
    • Adjust amplitude (voltage) settings according to comfort in Contact mode.

  2. For remote mode, what preset should I use?

  3. Do you need to use a different shell for Genistein (MW), because it’s a MW program? What shell would be appropriate for Remote?

    1. Thank you for your question. For Genistein (MW), you can use the Molecular Weight (MW) shell preset for Remote mode. You can find it under:
Presets > Shell (Empty) Presets > Remote > Molecular Weight (MW).

Let us know if you need further guidance!

  4. Where do you put the Tens pads!

    Danny Grilliot
    1. Dear Danny,

      Thank you for your question!

You can place the TENS pads on your forearms to help transmit frequencies effectively.

      Please note the following precautions:

Avoid placing pads on areas with thick hair, as it may prevent proper contact.
Do not place pads above the shoulders, especially near the thyroid.
Avoid placing on elbows, joints, or directly over the heart.
Do not use if you have a pacemaker or electronic implants.
Avoid placing on damaged skin, scars, or sensitive areas.
Do not reuse damaged or non-sticky pads.
For better safety, consider placing one pad on the right hand and the other on the left foot to avoid current passing through the heart.
If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know.

      Best regards,

  5. Can we place pad on the back of the Neck ?

    Majid Aghajani
    1. Dear Majid,

Thank you for your question! For optimal results, we recommend avoiding placement above the shoulders, including the back of the neck. Instead, you can position the pads around the trapezius muscles, which can still effectively support your needs.
