how can I erase just a single program from GX memory without loosing all the
other programs at once?
Hi, you can go to the load page and click remove button to erase the one you want.
There is no load page that I can see. There is a control page. It has an ERASE tab. This asks to erase ALL the loaded programs. So is there a way to view all the loaded programs and delete one by one
Hi, if you want to view loaded programs, you can go to Programs tab and the programs loaded is at the left corner. You can double click to delete it.
Does taking a shower before a biofeedback scan improve the accuracy of the scan? Also, on the 11/22/19 new software release, the button to “Run Baseline scan before BFB” should improve accuracy of scan but I don’t see it in this video.

Hi, my wife has amalgam fillings, a metal tooth brace and a metal pin in her foot. I know I should select for her the Terrain minus mercury because of her amalgam fillings but should we avoid the Terrain program completely because of the other metals?
Hi, please do not need to worry. It is safe to use the standard Terrain (without the minus mercury) to detox heavy metals. The frequencies will not affect your amalgams but will remove mercury from your tissue.
Hello, I am just starting with Spooky2 GeneratorX and I am having problems loading different treatments in both generators. Whatever I load in one generator is duplicated in the second Generator and if I delete presets loaded in one of them it is also deleted in the other. Is like they are working in mirror mode. I have been very careful overwriting one Generator when I load the preset but it overwrites both. How can I solve this?
