The webinar had lots of great information. It’s too bad that it took me 40 minutes to get in (so I pretty much missed all of that) and that the screen was blank about 60 percent of the rest of the webinar so I missed all of that as well. I never saw a place to enter my email to get a discount coupon for pur chasing a unit.
It is really a shame that all of that time (including mine) and effort on your part was wasted. I had hoped that it would be an opportunity to learn about the different systems and to make a decision to purchase one. I now have some serious concerns about doing more harm than good. Too bad. I

When I purchase my spooky kit and last year a GenX, it was on the premise that I need to learn and will tell you the most basic use is fairly simple but I mean this will much consideration, spooky at the time did not provide very clear insight and much of what I learned was from the FB site. There should be short concise videos as you are now doing that will go through the basics step by step, again you are now doing this.
The end of any day it’s up to the person using the systems and programs to ensure it’s being used properly, however human nature in the 21st century is NO delayed gratification we want stuff NOW..
This is NOT the system for that and will frustrate many users which is NOT the fault of Spooky, but it should come with a large printed warning about the need to learn this.
I’d personally like to thank the advanced users in FB spooky page for providing the nudge and guideance.
We really appreciate your suggestion and we will try our best to do better in future.

Greetings! I love all of my Spooky2 and MiraMate devices. I was an early adapter of Spooky2 and have built up my system over several years. I have Spooky Central, both tubes, 5 generators, two lasers, 3 MiraMates, a Big Magic and a MiraMate Joint Aid laser. I am making “frequency water” using the laser wrist bands around water bottles. I am NOT doing biofeedback scans because they are too difficult and take too long. (Yes, I know all about placement, dividing into partial scans, etc. so I am not asking about technique.) What blows my mind is that the XN generator will do a complete biofeedback scan in 6 minutes?! I do appreciate all of the development of new and improved products but I just cannot keep spending money. I am helping many people at no cost to them and could be of even more service if it was practical to work from scans. I am ready to purchase the GenX but am confused about what else is needed. Must I purchase another boost? Do I have to have a boost to use the remotes I already have? Is it necessary to purchase the sample digitizer to successfully do a biofeedback scan? I am hoping I only need the GenX and can use the accessories I already have. Thank you for your answer and for your good work.
One GenX can connect with 2 remotes at the same time, and yes, you need 2 boost, and you can connect with the sample digitizer to do the fast biofeedback scan. I had problems on the Control page because the Start button was greyed and the data didn’t load. It turned out you have to click (and hold) the generator port you choose. Could be my PC.
