Warranty Adjustments
- Now, to provide our customers with better service and experience, we have updated and optimized our warranty terms:
- Any purchase of Spooky2 selected products from 2019, will upgrade to a 2-year warranty. Selected products include Spooky2 Central main unit, Spooky2 Scalar Main unit, Spooky2 Plasma main unit, Spooky2-XM Generator main unit, and Spooky2 GeneratorX main unit.
- For any purchase of Spooky2-XM Generator/Spooky2 GeneratorX from 2019, the generator screen will enjoy a 1-year warranty.
- From 2019 to 2020, if you have paid any repair costs of mentioned products that incurred due to the expiration of old warranty terms, you can contact our customer service staff, and get a coupon as our compensation.
What is not covered by this warranty?
- Routine cleaning or normal surface and mechanical wear.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage from use beyond the usage of product or storage parameters.
- Damage from modification or incorporation into other products.
- Damage from repair or replacement of parts by a Spooky2 unauthorized service provider.
