What is Multiple Sclerosis (MS)?

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic and often disabling disease that affects the central nervous system (CNS), which includes the brain and spinal cord. In MS, the immune system mistakenly attacks the protective covering of nerve fibers, known as myelin. This disruption leads to communication problems between the brain and the rest of the body, causing a wide range of symptoms.

Common Symptoms of MS:

  • Fatigue: One of the most common and debilitating symptoms.
  • Muscle weakness: Especially in the limbs, making movement difficult.
  • Numbness or tingling: Often in the face, arms, or legs.
  • Coordination and balance issues: Can lead to difficulty walking or frequent falls.
  • Vision problems: Blurred or double vision is common, and some people may experience complete loss of vision in severe cases.
  • Cognitive changes: Issues with memory, concentration, and decision-making, often referred to as “brain fog.”

MS is known to progress differently in each person, with some experiencing relapses and remissions, while others may have a more steady progression. The exact cause of MS is still unknown, though it is believed to result from a combination of genetic and environmental factors.

Treatment and Management

While there is no cure for MS, various treatments exist to manage symptoms and slow progression. Conventional treatments often include disease-modifying therapies (DMTs), which aim to reduce the frequency and severity of attacks. However, many individuals seek complementary or alternative therapies, such as meditation, diet changes, and devices like Spooky2, to help manage their condition and improve quality of life.

Case Study

Since May 2024, I have embarked on an incredible journey with Spooky2 in my battle against Multiple Sclerosis (MS). As a newcomer to this community, I’ve quickly developed a deep appreciation for the two Spooky XM devices I own and am eagerly anticipating the arrival of my GenX. This blog details my experiences, initial successes, and ongoing commitment to alternative healing methods.

1. Background: My MS Diagnosis

I was diagnosed with MS in 2016, though my first symptoms appeared in 2009. Throughout my journey, I have chosen not to pursue the conventional disease-modifying drugs typically prescribed by neurologists, largely due to my research indicating their questionable efficacy and potential side effects. Instead, I’ve embraced a holistic lifestyle, which includes daily meditation, a clean vegan diet (with occasional fish for Omega-3s), yoga sessions, and regular physiotherapy.

2. My Holistic Approach

In addition to my dietary choices and physical activities, I take a range of supplements to support my health. This includes:

  • High doses of Vitamin D3 (20,000-40,000 IU per day)
  • Vitamin K2
  • Three different types of Magnesium
  • Vitamin C
  • Colloidal Minerals
  • Lithium

Despite my efforts, MS has been steadily progressing. Thankfully, a close friend, a skilled shiatsu massage therapist, introduced me to Spooky2, which has become a crucial part of my healing journey.

3. The Spooky2 Experience

Initial Setup and Protocols

Since starting with Spooky2, I have been running two specific protocols on my XM generators:

Download DH Experimental Presets

  1. Epstein Barr-Virus (DNA) (R) – JW: This preset targets the Epstein Barr virus, which is often linked to MS flare-ups.
  2. Detox Maintenance (R) – JW: I keep this protocol running continuously to support my body’s detoxification processes.

Every 2-3 days, I pause the EBV preset to run my latest biofeedback frequencies, tailoring my experience based on the insights gained from my body’s responses.

Early Successes

I am thrilled to share the progress I’ve made in just a few months:

  • Increased Energy Levels: I have experienced a notable boost in energy, which has allowed me to engage more fully in my daily activities.
  • Reduced Pain: My general pain levels have decreased significantly, enhancing my overall quality of life.
  • Improved Mobility: Most remarkably, I can now walk around the park unaided—a significant change from needing to hold my husband’s hand due to fear of falling. I had previously broken my shoulder and rib from a fall last November, which added to my apprehension.

Cognitive Clarity

Another surprising benefit I’ve noticed is a reduction in brain fog. The clarity I’ve gained has made daily tasks more manageable and enjoyable. My husband, too, has been amazed by my improvements, reinforcing my belief that I am on the right path.

Looking Ahead

I recognize that my journey is still in its early stages, and MS presents differently for everyone. While I have experienced encouraging results, I understand there are no guarantees. However, for those battling MS or dealing with its challenges, I wholeheartedly recommend considering Spooky2. It has been a beacon of hope for me, and I believe it could be for others as well.

With the upcoming addition of my GenX, I am excited about expanding my capabilities in biofeedback and exploring more programs that could further enhance my healing journey. The possibilities seem limitless, and I feel empowered to continue taking charge of my health.

4. Conclusion

In closing, I want to express my gratitude to the Spooky2 community for the support and knowledge shared within this network. My journey with Spooky2 has only just begun, but the initial results have filled me with hope and determination. If you or a loved one are facing the challenges of MS, I encourage you to explore Spooky2 and consider the potential it offers.

Thank you, Spooky, for being a part of my healing journey!

  1. Thank you so much for sharing your story! I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in the last few months (though it’s obvious, I’ve actually had it for a long time) and I’ve been doing various things and pondering other things. So far I have not accepted a prescription for a DMT. I have the generator X kit and was working with it mostly using Remote mode because of a breast cancer diagnosis. But for various reasons related to our home feeling cluttered and wanting to set things up differently, I unplugged everything and set it aside for a while (at least a year) and need to get it going again. Your sharing of your experiences is helping me feel inspired to do that!

    1. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. We’re deeply touched by your story and admire your strength in facing both multiple sclerosis and breast cancer. It’s completely understandable to take a break, especially when life feels overwhelming.

We’re glad to hear that the case study has inspired you, and we encourage you to get your Generator X set up again whenever you’re ready. Remote mode is an excellent way to begin, and the flexibility it offers can be especially helpful in managing multiple health conditions.

Remember, you’re not alone in this journey. If you have any questions or need further guidance, the Spooky2 community is always here to support you. Sending you positive thoughts as you continue your healing journey!

    2. Thank you so much for your amazing story with Spooky2. Sending you pillars of love wrapped in healing light. May your health and wellbeing continue to rise from strength to strength!

  2. Hi, sounds interesting .
Can you provide mire information relating to the types of magnesium , colloidal minerals that you recommend please .

    Thank you

My wife was diagnosed with Parkinson’s which I believe is very similar in many ways to MS

    1. Thank you for your comment and interest in the case study. I’m sorry to hear about your wife’s diagnosis, and I understand the desire to explore different ways to support her health. Both Parkinson’s and MS share certain similarities, so many approaches may overlap.

For magnesium, different types are commonly recommended:

Magnesium Glycinate: Gentle on the stomach and well-absorbed, making it a good option for ongoing support.
Magnesium Citrate: Helps with digestion and may assist with bowel regularity.
Magnesium Malate: Known to support muscle function and energy production, which can be especially helpful for neurological conditions.
The great news is that Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Citrate, and Magnesium Malate can all be found in the Spooky2 software as frequency programs to support your healing journey.

As for colloidal minerals, colloidal silver and colloidal gold are often used to support immune function and overall well-being. Colloidal silver is noted for its antimicrobial properties, while colloidal gold is thought to aid brain function and neurological health.

We always recommend checking with a healthcare provider familiar with natural therapies before starting any new supplement regimen. Wishing your wife all the best on her healing journey!

  3. Consider adding an L-Lysine supplement to combat the EBV/Herpes.
    A fellow MS Sufferer.

    1. Thank you for your valuable suggestion! Adding L-Lysine as a supplement is a great recommendation, especially for targeting EBV (Epstein-Barr Virus) and Herpes, which are known to be linked to multiple sclerosis in some cases.

L-Lysine can help inhibit viral replication and may provide additional support to the immune system, complementing Spooky2 treatments. It’s always helpful to hear tips from those with firsthand experience, and your contribution is much appreciated.

Wishing you and others continued progress on your healing journey!

  4. Has anyone had any success treating ALS with Spooky frequencies?
    Thanks in advance.

    1. Thank you for your inquiry regarding the treatment of ALS with Spooky frequencies. While there haven’t been specific case studies on ALS treatment with Spooky2 frequencies, there are discussions within the community about related neurodegenerative conditions.

One relevant resource mentions the work of Paul Cox, who has explored the potential of L-serine as a treatment for neurodegenerative diseases like ALS, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s. He suggests that high doses of L-serine may play a neuroprotective role and could potentially delay the onset and progression of symptoms.

It’s important to note that individual experiences with Spooky2 frequencies can vary, and some users have reported positive effects on their overall well-being when using frequency therapies for various conditions. If you or someone you know is considering this approach, it might be beneficial to explore specific frequencies and protocols related to ALS and consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or need assistance!
