As people are now facing immense competition in society and enduring heavier financial pressures when the economy is dreadful, stress has become one of the most common mental problems haunting people. When we lose control over one situation, overwhelming stress always follows us and resists going away.
Thinking more positively and having some gatherings with friends may help us reduce stress, but is there any therapy or meditation available that can reduce stress effectively?
Foot massage
Nowadays, more and more people decide to book for a body or foot massage to relieve stress.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, practitioners believe that each acupuncture point is closely related to one or several organs in our body. Therefore, pressing different acupuncture points can bring specific therapeutic effects, relieving you of diseases and various health conditions.
The foot is the part of our body with the most concentrated acupuncture points, and with the extensive research on acupoint theory, foot massage is becoming increasingly popular.
1. Yongquan point
Yongquan, also called Kidney 1, is the lowest point of our body and the first point on the kidney channel.
It is located approximately one-third of the distance between the bottom of the second toe and the heel, which is between the second and third metatarsal bones on the sole.
Properly pressuring the Yongquan point can awaken your mind and spirit, calm your mood, and clear Empty Heat. It is also an excellent massage point for relieving stress. Massaging this point can help you relax and enjoy sound sleep during the night.
To massage the Yongquan point, sit upright, and rub the soles of your feet back and forth until your feet get hot. Then, press the Yongquan point with the base of your thumb. When you feel sore, switch to the other foot.

2. Taixi Point
Taixi point (KI 3) is often used to relieve various pains, such as headaches, toothache, chest pain, low back pain, etc. It is also very effective in eliminating fatigue and restoring energy. It is located in the center of the pit between the tip of the medial malleolus and the attachment of the Achilles tendon.
Use your finger pulp to rub from top to bottom for 3 minutes. Your fatigue and stress will go away within a few minutes.

Use Spooky2 Contact Mode to Get Better Frequency Treatment
Spooky2 has five modes of frequency transmission: Contact, Remote, PEMF, Cold Laser, and Central. The Spoky2 Central is the most powerful of all Spooky2 Rife Machines but may be too expensive for some customers. If you have a limited budget, Contact mode may be more suitable. Spooky2 Contact accessories can be placed directly on your problem areas (except for some specific areas, e.g., above shoulders), allowing beneficial Rife frequencies directly target your localized health problem.
So, it is also a good choice to use Spooky2 Contact mode to handle your stress.
You can select your program from the world’s largest frequency database containing over 35,000 beneficial programs and use these frequencies to help yourself or your family members.
For stress issues, search the keyword “stress” on the Preset/Programs tab, and you will find many available frequencies to run.

To get better frequency treatment effects, you can place Spooky2 Tens Pads on the Yongquan and Taixi points.
Hope you enjoy Rifing!

Which Mode Is the Best for You?
Very interesting. Thank you. However, the picture you are showing for Ki-3 is showing the lateral malleolus which is Bladder-60 (BL-60), not the medial malleolus where Ki-3 is.
Hi, Giulia. Really thanks for your professional advice and kind reminder. We have corrected it in time. Thanks again:)
