Joint health is essential, especially among the elders. As we get older, our joints tend to become stiff, and our muscles are imbalanced, limiting our range of motions and the ability to exercise.
Nowadays, we tend to practice stretching and strength training to maintain our muscle heath, but the practice may not work out for our joints. Unlike muscles, joints do not have any direct blood supply, and their functions rely on movement. So, how do we maintain or even improve our joint health?
What is joint health?
There are two major concepts in joint health: joint mobility and joint stability. Many people confuse the concept between flexibility and joint mobility. Flexibility is not the same as joint mobility, and it depends on the length of muscles, whereas joint mobility is the movement around a joint. Being able to move freely with a full range indicates you have good mobility, but it is not enough to prove that you have healthy joints. Joint stability is also fundamental.
Having stable joints means you are capable of controlling your joint movement and positions. It is especially vital when you can move freely but cannot stabilize your movement. Joint instability occurs when the tissues, muscles, or ligaments around your joint get weak or overstretched, and it may put you at a high risk of injury. It may cause a limited range of motion in your joints, further inducing the likelihood of joint fracture, dislocation, or other related injuries.
How to improve your joint health naturally?
Practicing joint mobility exercise every day can help keep your joints healthy and prevent joint stiffness. It may also restore your ability to move around freely, improving the quality of physical exercise and protecting you from common joint pains. The following routine will not take you too long, and you may practice it every morning before your workouts or whenever you need to relax your tension.
1. Neck circle (5 times clockwise and 5 times anti-clockwise)
This step is easy, but please remember to begin with proper posture. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees slightly and relax your arms at your sides. You may also sit straight or sit in a lotus pose. Roll back your shoulders, and your neck has to be in line with the spine. Also, drop your chin to your chest.
2. Backstroke (20 times per side)
Straighten your arms and lock your elbows when you do this movement. Imagine if you are doing a backstroke in the water. Lift one arm straight out in front of yourself and slowly circle it backward. Do not rotate the torso or shrug your shoulders as you do so.
3. Pelvic circle (10 times in each direction)
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Put your hands on your hips.
4. Cat cow (10 times)
Please remember to concentrate on your breath when doing this movement.
There are also many free joint exercise videos online made by professional physiotherapists. You can browse for the one that suits you the best.
Also, excess weight will put more pressure on your joints, especially in your lower body. Keeping a healthy body figure and a balanced diet can help you manage your joint health and better enjoy your routine exercise.

Does this also work with the scalar? I only have the scalar and Gen X.
Hi, of course you can! There are three modes to applying scalar field: pure scalar, molecular scalar, and rife scalar. Rife Scalar is that connect Spooky2 generator to Scalar to transmit specific frequencies. You can know how to use this mode from these blogs:
