      There’s no specific limit on that. These are healing programs which contribute to overal health improvement and can be run continuously. If you run with remote mode, we’d suggest you run 24/7. You can also keep it running continuously if it works well for you. For contact mode, 1-2 times a day should be enough. You can run it for a week or longer. Thank you very much for your support.

  2. I just started learning here a couple days ago. So you gather the software pathways with the help of guides here and there and then run the programs and then identify them and catalog them. So my wife and I can both run programs on the same genX generator and they won’t get mixed up when they go into the computer software program to store for the next use? Second question. I keep seeing this terrain program and it’s suggested to use it first. So I should focus on using it first and then maybe come here for the mind stuff? I don’t have any medical problems otherwise at present.
